Refund Policy
This policy explains how refund requests are handled for Lorandit Design Studio Pro licenses and related services.
1. Plugin license refunds
If the plugin does not work as described and we cannot resolve the issue, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Please include your checkout email, website domain and a short description of the issue.
2. Digital product access
Lorandit is digital software. Refunds may be declined if the license has been used extensively, abused, resold, shared, used to bypass licensing, or if the request is unrelated to product functionality.
3. Setup and custom work
Installation, configuration, store setup, template preparation, custom development and consulting work are not refundable after work has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Subscriptions
If a subscription is used, cancelling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past payments. Refund requests for subscription charges are reviewed case by case.
5. Payment provider timing
Approved refunds are processed through the payment provider. Bank or card processing times may vary and are outside our control.
6. How to request a refund
Contact contact@lorandit.com with your order email, domain, license key if available, and reason for the request.
