Terms of Service

These Terms apply to Lorandit Design Studio Pro, the Lorandit website, downloads, licensing services and related support communications.

1. Product

Lorandit Design Studio Pro is a WordPress plugin for WooCommerce stores that need online product personalization, design templates, print zones, previews and order integration.

2. License and access

A license allows use of the plugin according to the purchased plan and the current license status in the Lorandit Control Plane. Trial, Pro and future plans may have different limits, features and site allowances.

3. Updates

Plugin updates are delivered through the Lorandit license service. Access to updates may depend on license status, plan, subscription status and technical compatibility.

4. Payments

Payments may be processed by LemonSqueezy or another payment provider. The payment provider may handle taxes, receipts, payment methods and subscription management.

5. Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, bypass licensing, abuse update/download endpoints, or use the product in a way that harms the service, other customers or third parties.

6. Customer responsibility

You are responsible for your WordPress installation, WooCommerce setup, hosting environment, backups, product configuration, print workflow and legal use of uploaded customer designs.

7. Support

Support is provided through the contact channels published on lorandit.com. Response times may vary depending on plan, workload and issue complexity.

8. Availability

We aim to keep licensing, downloads and updates available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, provider outages or security actions may affect availability.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Lorandit is provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, production mistakes, hosting failures or third-party service interruptions.

10. Changes

These Terms may be updated as the product evolves. Continued use after updates means you accept the current version.
